It depends on how many pages, whether you need e-commerce and whether the branding exists yet — so we quote per project rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. Tell us what you need and you will get a straight figure with no surprises later.
Most people start thinking three pages will do — home, about, contact. In practice they nearly always end up with seven or more, and quickly, because they realise a website has to shout about what you do: a page for each service, your work, your answers to the questions customers ask. Each page is also another search your business can be found for, so we plan the full set from the start even if we launch with less.
Most sites take a few weeks rather than months. Castellum was designed, built and live in two weeks because they had PR going out. The usual hold-up is content and photography, not the build.
Both, depending on what suits you. Where you need to manage a lot of content yourself, a properly built CMS makes sense. Where speed and security matter more, hand-coded is better. We will recommend the one that fits rather than the one we would rather sell.

Yes, entirely. The site, the domain and the hosting account are yours, and they stay yours if we ever part ways.
Often that is the better option — an established site carries search history worth keeping. We will audit what you have and tell you whether it is worth rebuilding or refining.
